The lawyers who represent everyone in Idaho’s adult DD Medicaid program in the K.W. v. Armstrong class action lawsuit will host TWO online meetings this month. These Zoom video meetings will help you learn more about what’s happening in the case. You will also be able to ask questions and give feedback.
The first meeting will be on Monday 1/18 at 1:30 pm PT / 2:30 pm MT. The second meeting will be a week later on Monday 1/25 at 10:00 am PT / 11:00 am MT. The meetings will be different. We hope you can make it to both!
These meetings are just for people who use adult DD services and their primary supporting advocate. The K.W. v. Armstrong lawyers will answer your questions and discuss what should happen next in the case.
