The Lawsuit
There is a class action lawsuit about the Idaho Medicaid program for adults with development disabilities. This website is by the ACLU of Idaho. We represent everyone who is part of the lawsuit. Every participant in the Idaho adult DD program is part of the lawsuit. Every person who applies for the program is part of the lawsuit, too.
Use Your Voice
We won the lawsuit in 2016. Because we won, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare agreed to make big changes to the program. We all need to be a part of deciding on those changes. This website will help you have a voice in those changes.
